Projects
Our central aim is to acquire land and start a Black and People of Colour-centred land project. Towards this, we work on several smaller projects which address the barriers BPOC face in accessing land and create opportunities for BPOC to grow food, share skills, and heal with the land.
CURRENT PROJECTS
Our London-based growing space for BPOC, in Glengall Wharf Gardens.
A series of community care and well-being workshops on and with the land, led by Dre Ferdinand.
PAST PROJECTS
A collaborative project aimed at building lasting mobilisation and justice for marginalised communities.
A report to identify the barriers that BPOC face when considering land based livelihoods in Britain.
We renovated the garden in House of Annetta and hosted a series of workshops and events.
We distributed £51,000 in grants to Black and People of Colour applicants to address barriers to food growing.
A collaborative project which aims to reduce barriers to entry into the social enterprise growing system.
